Intercessory Prayer

As prayer intercessors, first, we become sensitive to the prophetic voice of the Holy Spirit. Since we belong to Jesus and are one of His sheep, we know that we hear His voice (John 10:27) and not that of the enemy. God created us with the innate capacity to hear Him.

Secondly, I encourage you to look for those who are hurting physically, and if the circumstance is right, ask if you can pray for them. Hearing God’s voice and being led by Him are keys to seeing the Lord answer prayers and save people’s souls.

Thirdly, having asked them if I might pray for them, after they say, yes, I pray a compassionate prayer ending with a presentation of the gospel message.

God desires all to be saved and healed. As we tune into the voice of the Holy Spirit and follow His leading, we often have supernatural results and the Lord transforms them into new creations in Him.

“Those who win souls are wise” ~~ Proverbs 11:30b.
