Success is truly inevitable when we are in the will of God. The question is “what do people consider to be success?” Money, fame, many possessions, a large family, or a huge ministry? No, not at all.
I choose to be obedient to God, live a life of faith and trust in Him, while growing in love for my Savior and others. I don’t even need to strive to be like Jesus. Following the Lord by believing the promises in God’s Word, walking by faith, denying self and the works of the flesh, praying often, using my Holy Spirit-given gifts, producing the fruit of righteousness, and testifying to the saving of souls… these are the marks of a successful and wise Christian’s life.
