Sometimes life just seems hard. Why is life difficult? In 1 Peter 4:10, the Apostle Peter writes: “As each person has received the grace, so give that grace to others, mindful you are a steward of the multi-faceted grace of God.”
Actually, as David Wilkerson once put it, “we go through hard times to make us ‘devil-proof!’”
God wants us to increase our faith and trust Him in EVERY situation. Then we are to be stewards of God’s grace and minister His love to others. When we learn of difficulties in others’ lives we pray they will come through in total victory. We minister Christ’s love and healing power reminding ourselves that none of us deserves God’s forgiveness or goodness, but we receive it by faith. And we recall God‘s faithfulness to us all through our lives. So we share our faith with others in their time of need. Then we are not afraid of the future for God has proven Himself time and time again that He is faithful and meets ALL of our needs. The Lord carries us all the way from earth to glory!
“Of this gospel I was made a minister according to the gift of God’s grace, which was given me by the working of his power” ~~ Ephesians 3:7.
“These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold — though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.” ~~ 1 Peter 1:7.
