Victory In Christ

My service to the Lord as a telephone prayer intercessor is not to deliver lofty wisdom or eloquent speech. My responsibility is to testify of what Jesus Christ has done wants to do for them.

       I often let them know that it was God WHO hand-picked them individually for me to call them. The result is that people are being changed by the power of God: “For God intended that your faith not be established on man’s wisdom but by trusting in His almighty power”~~ 1 Corinthians 2:5.

       God has given me patience and compassion to listen to the needs in people’s lives; and I receive joy in sharing His answer through the Word and prayer.

       I spoke with a man who was to inherit a company business and was being challenged by other family members regarding his ability to purchase the family business and enable it to continue. He needed the wisdom of the Lord and supernatural revelation knowledge. When I listened to his predicament, God gave me a specific word that moved him to tears. Just think that God cared enough for him to have me call right at the time when he was in his office calling out to God for help. I had even gotten past the gatekeeper right to his desk phone as he was deliberating how he could structure the buyout and manage the company that would satisfy all of his family members and keep peace. 

     Each of us Believers has received a calling from the Lord to be His minister whereby folks have the opportunity to respond to the Word we share. 

      At the end of the day, we know that God gets all the glory and the credit for everything that’s done through our ministry. Can we all agree?  Amen.
