Victory In Christ

Today I just want to thank God for His gift of salvation. It is very personal to me, and I hope to you, as well.  Thank You Jesus for saving me to the uttermost!  

Salvation is not just make it to Heaven, or so I could go to church for an hour on Sundays, or just be there on holidays, or to put a pittance in the offering. NO! 

I am Christ’s ambassador. I am His prayer intercessor. I’ve said it before, but I join my faith with other believers and fully expect miracles to happen in each of our lives this year. I want to be your prayer partner — your friend. But I’m not concerned with numbers.

I just want to hear the Lord tell me at the end of my life, “Well done, Gene!” I’m sure we all do.  How to sum up? I’m into faithfulness, servanthood, holiness, being a lover of God and people everywhere, and Christ-likeness… not for personal pride, and never to be accomplished through self effort. 

We are THE CHURCH!  Church is not a building we go to. When we gather together in person or online — even two or three — Jesus is in our midst. And we are having church! Hallelujah! 

“Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them” ~~ Hebrews 7:25.
