Do you have a “back-up plan” in case the Lord doesn’t come through? I would hope not. To have a “Plan B” would indicate a lack of faith and trust in our Savior; and it would be insulting to God. How, you ask? A “Plan B” suggests that God might not do what He promised to do.
If God has spoken to you that He will do a certain thing, then you can bank on it. God is totally reliable. He probably won’t share with you HOW or even WHEN it will come about, but He will do what He has promised, because God does not lie.
I have submitted my life to Jesus Christ; I have put my faith entirely in Him. This has served me well, and He gets all the glory. I haven’t been rich in this world’s goods, but He has never failed me, and He never will.
“God is not like humans. He doesn’t change his mind. When He says something, He does it. When He makes a promise, He keeps it.
~~ Numbers 19:23 (GW).
