So What’s the Problem?

What people read in the Bible vs. what they experience in their present lives is often drastically different. They might ask, “Is there a breakthrough coming?” Or “What about the ‘Heroes of the Faith’ we read about in Hebrews 11? They did not receive in this life what they believed for. What gives?”

The Bible says we should believe though we have not yet seen. Jesus said this to “Doubting Thomas’: “Because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed” ~~ John 20:31.

So we trust in God’s love and the promises in His Word — no matter what things look like.

Psalms 112:7 reads: “My heart is fixed — trusting the Lord.” We do not fear bad news. Circumstances will not determine our beliefs. We are consciously aware of God being present in our lives (as Oral Roberts would say) In the Now!” This is the pinnacle of our moment-by-moment relationship with God in the Holy Spirit. So, allow God to transform your life of faith and trust in Him.  It’s actually the faith of Christ — not our faith. We can’t even get born again without the faith of Christ. No one can come unto God unless the Lord draws Him.

Then we don’t have to “jump through hoops” or “work to receive our salvation.” It is the gift of God. Simply receive it.  We serve a God Who has done it all at Calvary.
