I give thanks to God today as my way of letting Him know that I trust Him and love Him supremely. We trust His perfect plan for our lives, and we know without a doubt that He is working all things for our good.
Last year again has been an interesting year to say the least, but God has been faithful. He has brought me through, and for that I praise Him and am so thankful.
Why else are we thankful? Jesus loves us with an everlasting love, has given us His Word, placed faith in our hearts, delivered us daily from evil, given us a godly family, and filled us with His Spirit… and that’s just for starters… I am overjoyed and so willing to trust Him every day; and I am ever so grateful to the Lord for His goodness.
“Do not be anxious for anything but in everything by prayer and supplication be with thanksgiving” ~~ Philippians 4:6.
“O give thanks unto the Lord for He is good, and His steadfast love endures forever” ~~ Psalm 107:1.
“Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you ~~ 1 Thessalonians 5:18.
