Do you ever get troubled and even become perplexed by negative circumstances? We may keep thinking about all the problems and potential loss to us in some area; but whether we are in a physical or spiritual battle, the Lord wants us to reach up to Him in faith. The Bible says we must keep “looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith” (Hebrews12:2). We are never alone.
We also see in God’s Word: “The battle is not yours, but Mine,” says the Lord. God also says “I give them eternal life, and they will never perish—ever! No one will snatch them out of My hand”~~ John 10:28 (HCSB).
“Though we experience every kind of pressure, we’re not crushed. At times we don’t know what to do, but quitting is not an option. We are persecuted by others, but God has not forsaken us. We may be knocked down, but not out” ~~ 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 (TPT).
“This is what the Lord says: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast number, for the battle is not yours, but God’s’” ~~ 2 Chronicles 20:15 (HCSB).
God is with us, and He will bring us through to victory when we continue to trust Him.
