Seek Out Others of Like Faith

In order for our lives to become Christlike we must be changed by the power of God. It’s a matter of whole life transformation: mind, soul, spirit, and working out our actions and lifestyle according to His plans and purpose.

Throughout my life, I have sought out others in my community who also are pursuing the Lord so we can walk in lockstep together with Him. We can all learn from spiritual leaders and pastors. But they are human and prone to fail the same as any of us. So I keep my eyes on Jesus Christ and the promises in the inerrant Word of God.

“But we have the mind of Christ and do hold the thoughts, feelings, and purposes of His heart. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, yet we have the mind of Christ and are guided by His thoughts and purposes”  ~~ 1 Corinthians 2:16 (BRG).
