Temptation

Now concerning temptation, the Bible says, “So beware if you think it could never happen to you, lest your pride becomes your downfall. We all experience times of trials, temptation, and testing. These are normal for every human being. But God will be faithful to you. He will screen and filter the severity, nature, and timing of every test or trial you face so that you can bear it. And each test is an opportunity to trust him more, for along with every trial God has provided for you a way of escape that will bring you out of it victoriously” ~~ ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭12‬-‭13‬ ‭(TPT‬‬)

“But those who want to be rich fall into temptation, a trap, and many foolish and harmful desires, which plunge people into ruin and destruction” ~~ 1 Timothy 6:9.
