We Are Calm and Confident

Through the years in my walk with the Lord I have learned to remain calm and confident and give God time to work. I recognize that things don’t always turn out as I expected or according to my timetable. Often there is a time of waiting involved.

Psalms 37:7-8 read: "rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him... do not fret — it only causes harm."

I've seen the Lord fight my battles and give me the victory time and time again. He alone will do it; and it always comes in His timing.

Moses told the Israelites, "fear not, stand firm confident and undismayed and see the salvation of the Lord which he will work for you today." ~~ Exodus 14:13-14 (AMP).

"Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD" ~~ Psalms 27:14.
