Victory In Christ

How foolish of me to think I could successfully live life with myself in control. That never worked very well.

How foolish of me to believe I had to understand every step God was working in my life.

Now I’m learning a different way:

With Jesus Christ as my Lord,  I simply trust Him. He is the One who is leading me.

Step by step.

Day by day.

We are on an upward path, and God — who already knows the future — will see to it that we arrive intact.

So we keep learning His promises.

Believing them

Trusting the Lord

Using the faith He provides.

He’s holding your hand. Do not fear. He will walk with you through every step.

“The ways of the Lord are past finding out.”

As the hymn says: “All the way my Savior leads me.”

“The Lord is a lamp unto my feet and a light to my path” ~~ Psalms 119:105.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths” ~~ Proverbs 3:5-6.
