In Romans 16, Ephesians 3, & Colossians 1 the Apostle Paul urges believers to reject division, deception, and self-serving voices, and instead to remain wise in what is good and to be innocent of evil (Romans 16:17–19).
“The mystery once hidden has now been revealed through Christ: salvation and inheritance are available to all who believe. Through faith, we are established in the Gospel, united as one body in Christ, and made coheirs of His promises (Romans 16:25–26 and Ephesians 3:3–6).
This revealed mystery is Christ in you—the hope of glory. His presence within us is God’s treasure, filling us with hope, purpose, and the riches of His glory (Colossians 1:26–27).
God’s presence within us by the Holy Spirit is the treasure, the victory, and the promise of God’s glory revealed in our lives — protecting us from evil and causing us to be an authentic representative of Jesus Christ and the Gospel message.
