We don’t make the decision to be a disciple of Jesus just once in life; that decision is made daily as we choose to be more like Him. Jesus said… “If you want to be my disciple, you must hate everyone else by comparison— your father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters— yes, even your own life. Otherwise, you cannot be my disciple” ~~ Luke 14:26.
“In the same way therefore none of you can be My disciple if he does not renounce all his own possessions” ~~ Luke 14:23.
Let’s consider the significance of Jesus’ words today and not take them lightly. This is especially meaningful to me at this time.
