God’s Plan — Our Maturity

Today we desperately and urgently need people who are ready to receive a full understanding of what God desires to do in and through them by His Spirit. While some endeavor to fulfill The Ten Commandments in their own strength (and are doomed to fail), and others rely upon their church traditions and teachings, and while the godless totally deny that there even is a God — not to mention the political parties who are so divided and present very little to do with things of real value. They are either stuck in a moral quagmire or denial of any truth. It is a post-biblical lifestyle. What should our response be to all of this?

I pray daily that God will make me effective as His minister to present the full and free Gospel message of the Kingdom — righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. A total and full salvation and healing of the whole person — spirit, soul, and body: that those who consider themselves to be Bible-believing Christians would (after generations of living well-below a life of victory that God has gifted us with), to move forward from being spiritual babes.

In Paul’s day he taught “I fed you with milk, not solid food, for you were not ready for it. And even now you are not yet ready” ~~ 1 Cor. 3:2.

And 1 Peter also “Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation…” ~~  1 Peter 2:2.

And in Hebrews 5:12-14: “Everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a child… solid food is for the mature who can discern and distinguish good from evil through practice.”

“So that you may become blameless and pure, ‘children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.’ Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky.” ~~ Philippians 2:15.

“Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ” ~~ Eph. 4:15.

“Yet among the mature we do impart wisdom, although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are doomed to pass away” ~~ 1 Cor. 2:6 (ESV).
