Pray for Me

I am so grateful for the opportunity to pray for other believers every weekday, and I’m doing that without fail. I’m not in any particular urgent situation or need, but I value your prayers and encouragement.

As I’ve told some at church, I pray for God to continue to increase my compassion, my love for each person, and that I will be led by the Holy Spirit exactly how to pray for their need. I don’t want to give only predictable formatted prayers, but those that are specific and faithfilled according to God’s Word. Some have serious needs for which  the only answer would be a miracle from God. And that’s what we ask for. I never tell God what to do, but the Bible says in John 16:24 that we should “ask and receive that our joy may be complete.”

The Apostle Paul often requested prayer: “Brethren, pray for us.” 1 Thessalonians 5:25.

He prayed for courage and effectiveness in advancing the Gospel. Prayer, teaching, writing, and church-building were not merely the result of Paul’s personal skill or strategy. I agree; and my service unto the Lord also depends upon divine anointing and provision. Prayer enables people to hear clearly, understand the truth I proclaim as I use Scripture to build faith in folks who need it. I am so grateful I am able to continue this work each week and fulfill the ministry God has entrusted to me.

Let me know if you are willing to hold me and this ministry up unto the Lord in prayer.
