This is a challenging year for many—a time to move forward by reducing debt, managing prosperity wisely, and strengthening our relationship with Christ.
In uncertain times, we are called to trust God rather than “hoping for the best” or believing in “que sera” in changing circumstances. God is always faithful, giving us His peace, hope, and direction. He’s teaching us discipline— to distinguish between wants and needs, eliminate unnecessary spending, and make wise financial changes, especially as we age.
Like a gardener that prunes in the proper season, the Lord lovingly corrects and prepares us to grow and bear fruit. We are all being shaped day by day through our faith and His grace.
As Paul wrote, “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil” (Ephesians 5:16).
May we use this season wisely —examining ourselves, strengthening our relationships in Christ, and resting in His peace as we prepare for the days ahead.
