Victory In Christ

With Jesus as Lord of our lives, Christ dwells within, and we have His mind. As we read and get to know His Word, we realize more and more that His ways are contrary to human wisdom. Yet hearing His voice and responding to do God’s will pays great dividends and protects us from harm. We need to keep our thoughts under subjection and submission to the Word of God and His way and plan for our lives.

“‘My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways,’ declares the LORD. ‘As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts’” ~~ Isaiah 55:8-9 (NIV). 

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is— His good, pleasing and perfect will” ~~ Romans 12:2. 

“Who can know the LORD’s thoughts? Who knows enough to teach Him?” But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ” ~~ 1 Corinthians 2:16 (NLT). 

“For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God” ~~ 1 Corinthians 2:10.

“Let this mind also be in you, which was in the mind of Christ Jesus” ~~ Philippians 2:5 +.
