Christ—Our High Priest

The Bible says that Jesus is our High Priest! Through Him we have direct access to His Father.

“For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way as we are, yet without sin. Therefore, let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in time of need” ~~~ Hebrews 4:16 (CSB).

“If you don’t know what you’re doing and you need wisdom or knowledge, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get His help when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believing (without a second thought). People who ‘worry their prayers’ are like wind-whipped waves. Don’t think you’re going to get anything from the Master that way, adrift at sea, keeping all your options open.” ~~ James 1:5-8 (MSG).

“So let's walk right up to him and get what he is so ready to give. Take the mercy, accept the help” ~~ Hebrews 4:16 (MSG).
