The Mind of Christ

When I think about how God has led each of us through life I am reminded that though we ourselves make our own choices, God definitely is with us day by day and year by year. And His Holy Spirit and holy angels keep us throughout our journey. Jesus said that for us as Believers: "All the Father has is His and that He shares those things with us." This includes God's thoughts. Therefore, we rejoice that we have the mind of Christ. Long before our birth, God determined specific times and places and purposes for us to live. He also gave us our calling because He knew us before we were formed in the womb. We were born in the right country to the right family and at the right time to perform certain tasks and fulfill our destiny! If we lack wisdom about what that destiny is, the Book of James says we should just ask for it, and God will give it to us without hesitation. His wisdom is revealed to our human spirits by the Holy Spirit. This is truly amazing! But we must seek the Lord, ask Him, and wait for Him! This is wonderful to behold and live out!

“He created all the people of the world from one man, Adam, and scattered the nations across the face of the earth. He decided beforehand which should rise and fall, and when. He determined their boundaries. His purpose in all of this is that they should seek after God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him-though he is not far from any one of us. “For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ” ~~ 1 Corinthians 2:16.

“Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus” ~~ Philippians 2:5.
