The Way of Salvation
The Bible says that the entrance into heaven is for the few, not the many. Although God wishes for everyone to be born again, He has given mankind a choice. And it’s not a simple matter of believing in Jesus; for the Bible says that even the devils believe and they tremble. (James 2:19).
“Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, “Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us— He shall answer and say unto you, I never knew you!”
The road to heaven is narrow. Jesus is the only gate. We must repent acknowledging that we are sinners. The Bible says in Romans 3:23 that “all have sinned and fall short of God’s glory.” Jesus Christ paid the price for our sin once and for all when He died on the cross at Calvary. We must recognize that we need Him as our Savior, receive His free gift of salvation, and allow Him to change us and be our Lord. After all, Jesus is Lord of all! Our responsibility is to receive His Lordship.

"But God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." ~~ Romans 5:8.
